John attended high school in Elk Grove and graduated from Sacramento State University. During these years John was also a teacher’s assistant in the Sacramento School district. He also remained active in real estate with his Father.

Mr. John Ruiz was an amazing help to my husband and I. We just bought our first home, and it was everything we wanted! To size, location, price, and so much more.
