John was patient with us and was so knowledgeable. Never did we feel forced or pressured into anything we didn't like. He recommended the loan officer and gave us options. Recommended we shop around to find the best price for us. Made the time to do complete viewings with us to work around our work schedule, which we loved. Even down to the end, during contract time, he was available to answer all our questions and look things over to make sure we weren't missing things. He made the whole process so smooth and such a good experience. We couldn't be happier with him and our new home. I now am recommending him to EVERYONE I know wo wants to buy a home. Such an amazing person.

John is AMAZING! From the beginning of our home buying process to now. He’s not only knowledgeable but very humble. He fought and clawed for us every step. My wife and I always always say that he is heaven sent.At the beginning in February of 2024, we were looking to buy a house due to the landlord selling and we had to leave. John jumped right in to negotiate with the landlord’s agent to give us as much time as possible. And he kept checking in on us to make sure my family and I were okay even though we were in a tight living situation. He patiently waited for us until we were ready to continue and this was 4-5 months from when we first started. Once we were ready to continue, he showed us every single house and gave us every single option and scenario. When he finally narrowed it down to the house we are in now, I still was hesitant. But he assured me by going through the financial numbers and what a deal we are getting. My family and I will forever be thankful to John.
